you can lead learning design projects targeted to specific institutional needs, priorities, and strategies.
competency 8: this artifact represents the culmination of what it is to be an aspiring learning designer.  identifying the needs of an institution lay at the heart of this artifact.  once internalized the planning began.  stakeholders were polled, meetings scheduled, deliverable deadlines set, feedback solicited, and learning interactions planned.  absence of an ability to execute (lead) learning design projects would serve only to ensure this module never came to fruition.
