lead, facilitate, and collaborate with a variety of individuals and diverse teams to achieve organizational goals.
competency 4: this proposal existed as a direct result of the communication and collaboration of a learning design team.  the team was spread across a vast geographical region, ranged in age, each had their own strengths and weaknesses.  organizing an asynchronous group across multiple time-zones presented unique challenges.  the team concocted communication strategies to meet the needs of all members.  roles within the team were distributed to balance load and create accountability.  in the end, the proposal became a module.
