A facilitator is only as good as their material. Creating dynamic facilitator guides that are easy to read, organized, format predictable, allow for the wildcard in the session that is the participant, and offers the facilitator choice is important for impactful instructor-led or virtual instructor-led training sessions.
Facilitator guides should be easy enough for a novice facilitator with little knowledge to pick up and feel confident using, but flexible enough for seasoned facilitators to stretch the material and apply it based on their experience with the topic.
